Stephanie Orr, NP is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 19 years of nursing and healthcare experience, including 17 years specializing in IV therapy. She is independently licensed to prescribe and treat patients in Idaho and has served in both urgent care and long-term care settings.

Living in Salmon for over 15 years with her husband and four children, Stephanie is dedicated to serving her community through preventative and wellness-focused care. At Pathway to Wellness, she offers treatments such as IV vitamin therapy, medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, ozone/UBI, and discounted labs to support long-term health and vitality.

Heather Bybee is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of healthcare experience and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University. She is board-certified as both a Nurse Coach and a Holistic Nurse, and also serves as an American Heart Association CPR instructor. At Pathway to Wellness, Heather blends her clinical expertise with a passion for integrative health, focusing on medical weight loss, nutritional counseling, and holistic wellness coaching.

As the founder of Earth Elements Nutrition, Heather emphasizes whole-body healing through the use of organic supplements and personalized wellness plans. A Salmon resident for nearly three decades, she is a proud mother of three who enjoys exploring the outdoors with her partner, Torey, and their family. Heather is dedicated to guiding patients toward balanced, healthy living with compassion, encouragement, and lasting strategies for transformation.
